Several COVID-19 patients arrived seeking oxygen, outside a Sikh Gurudwara, nearby Indirapuram Metro in New Delhi.
The street outside Gurudwara resembled the critical ward of a hospital, but crammed with cars and autorickshwas not beds.
Prominent Sikh aid group Khalsa Help International has been providing small quantities of oxygen to patients.
As Delhi continues to grapple with surge in Covid-19 cases and the resultant oxygen shortage at hospitals, the Centre on Friday said the second wave of Covid-19 is 3.3 times the peak in first wave in Delhi.
