And the next day he thanks all for celebrating his 30 years with “cakes and edits and all things nice.” For him the best way to celebrate is to work round the clock today and create more entertainment and “love you all,” says Shah Rukh Khan. Which brimmed the comment section with overjoy, gratitude, and exhilaration.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who made his film debut in 1992 with Deewana, appears to be experimenting with new directions as he approaches three decades in the industry. Pathaan, which will be released in January of next year, has been wrapped by Shah Rukh Khan. He is currently switching between Dunki and Jawan.
Along with Dunki, Khan has also planned the releases of Atlee’s Jawan and Pathaan by Siddharth Anand for 2023.
The actor is sporting brand-new looks in the announcement videos for all three movies, which heightens excitement and expectation. Since Khan has a very strong reputation as a romantic hero, the genres of these future movies are different from what people would often expect from him.
On Saturday, the actor dubbed the “King of Bollywood” went live on Instagram and highlighted how Pathaan is the type of movie he has wanted to do for 30 years. Further on IG live, he said: “I’ve always seen myself as a person who can pull off some fantastic action stuff.”
Talking about Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan said he shares amazing chemistry with the film’s director Atlee. “There is not much I can tell you about Jawan except the fact that I am having a great time as an actor. It is a different kind of film. Everybody has seen Atlee’s work. He makes outstanding mass-oriented films, again a genre I have never done. So, I wanted to try my hands at it. And I think Atlee and I have good chemistry. I bring in some (to the film), and he brings in some. Whatever we have done in Jawan is thrilling and exciting,” he said.
Gauri Khan, an interior designer, film producer, and Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, acknowledged the star with a heartfelt statement. Gauri revealed the motion poster for Shah Rukh’s forthcoming movie Pathaan as he celebrated 30 years in the movie industry. In the caption, she complimented the actor for not only being a father and a husband but also being a friend and an actor, who touches people’s lives. Following Gauri’s post, admirers have left a couple of sweet messages.
One of the fans reacted to his tweet saying how the characters played by SRK have influenced one of him, how when depressed, Raj and Rahul made him cry and smile and shed tears of emotions.
Some of the fans shared stories with him beneath his tweet, one of them still remembers the day Deewana had released, he bought tickets though reluctantly, the movie began, and initially thought it was too serious for his age and taste and SRK’s entry was delayed. Further he says,” the moment he entered the screen, it was all electrical, he hadn’t experienced people throwing coins towards the screen, he further says it must have felt like an attack for the people.
