Muslim Students’ Federation Delhi University unit has filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court, against the Delhi university’s admission policy which subverts reservation principles in the LLB and other postgraduate admission lists.
“We have challenged the exclusion of meritorious OBC/SC/ST category students from the unreserved list,” said MSF Delhi University.
MSF is the student wing of Indian Union Muslim League (IUML).
Other student bodies also raised the issue, accusing the varsity authoritarian of sabotaging reservations.
Maithry Delhi University, a collective of Kerala students in the varsity, sent a letter to Delhi University’s Vice Chancellor and Dean of examinations regarding apparent inconsistency in the reservation policy in Delhi University LLB Admission list for 2022.
