Your govt was ‘in connivance of perpetrators,’ Muslim body writes to Tripura CM
Friday, 5 November, leaders of All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat who carried a visit to Tripura following the week-long assaults on Muslims in the northeast state, wrote a letter to Biplab Kumar Deb, Tripura chief minister, seeking the state government's immediate intervention in the protection of Muslims in the state who form about nine percent of its 3.7 million population.
