All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) to contest in nine seats in Telangana Assembly polls, announced its chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Friday.

A massive public gathering took place at the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) headquarters in Hyderabad on Monday to express their protest against Israel's actions in Palestine.

All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi Tuesday said that his party would oppose the Women’s Reservation Bill introduced by the Union government in the Parliament due to its lack of provisions for a sub-quota for Other Backward Classes (OBC) women and Muslim women.

In his Parliament address, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, said that it is essential to discuss about the failures of India's Parliament while speaking of 75 years of its operations, citing draconian laws passed by Parliament, genocides against Muslims and Sikhs that have occurred in India, and the representation of Muslims in the parliament.

Asaduddin Owaisi of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen while reacting sharply to a viral video showing a school teacher in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar asking her students to slap a Muslim child and passing Islamophobic remarks, said UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is responsible for what happened to the child.
