The Uttarakhand government allegedly violated tender norms when the state tourism board floated a bid in December 2022 to promote adventure tourism at the George Everest Estate near Mussoorie, as three companies linked to Baba Ramdev’s longtime aide emerged as bidders, an Indian Express investigation revealed.
