I am Omar. A few weeks ago, I started a fundraiser for my MPhil degree at the University of Oxford. I had received an offer for admission to the Modern South Asian Studies program in April this year. However, I was unsure if I would be able to go since the cost of living and tuition fees were unaffordable.

On Teachers' Day, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), a not-for-profit organisation working in the domains of education and economic empowerment, has announced the launch of 2 significant initiatives which will benefit the students’ fraternity, especially those needing financial assistance for higher education or expert career and professional guidance by industry professionals.
