Two flat owners in Mumbai Rinku Sangoi Dedhia and Rahul Dedhia have been booked by Naya Nagar police on Monday for refusing to sell a 1-BHK flat to a youth named Govardhan Deshmukh, because he was a Marathi-speaking man.
