The Chhattisgarh police on Sunday arrested the alleged main accused, Suresh Chandrakar, in connection with the murder of independent journalist Mukesh Chandrakar.
The body of independent journalist Mukesh Chandrakar from Chhattisgarh was discovered in a septic tank on Friday at the premises of a contractor implicated in a road scam, which Mukesh had recently exposed in a report for NDTV, where he worked as a contributor.
