Former deputy chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia alleged that BJP polling agents were distributing money to voters near a polling booth in Sarai Kale Khan, which falls under the Jangpura constituency.
“It is clear that there is not even the remotest possibility of the trial being concluding in the near future,” a bench of Justices B R Gavai and K V Viswanathan said while granting bail to former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in the cases filed against him by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the alleged excise policy scam.
