Kerala Court invalidates EFLU action that denied ‘politically active’ student’s entry for PhD

The High Court of Kerala invalidated the University action that denied C.H.Abdul Jabbar's entry for the Ph.D. entrance, the case filed via Adv P.E.Sajal. The Kerala High Court has directed the EFLU to conduct a separate Ph.D. test for Jabbar.

JNU Research Scholar found dead in hostel room

A resident of Manipur, J R Philemon Raja, was found dead in the hostel room of the Brahmaputra Hostel, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Further investigation is underway to ascertain the cause of death.
