Thol Thirumavalavan MP ,Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) founder and the CPIM Tamil Nadu leaders met Tamil Nadu police chief J K Tripathy on Friday to demand a ban on the proposed ‘Vetrivel Yatra’ by the BJP’s state unit. They have said that the event might provoke communal unrest among religious groups and therefore, permission should not be granted.
