Hate unlimited: Kangana Ranaut’s hate speech on social media

Actor Kangana Ranaut has figured on the latest candidates’ list of the Bharatiya Janata Party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The 37-year-old actor, a vocal supporter of the BJP, will be contesting from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi – her hometown.

Actor Ranaut several times took to social media to commend the Narendra Modi govt while expressing hatred towards people and communities critical of the ruling regime. She labeled protesting farmers as terrorists, made genocidal remarks against Sikhs, and propagated Islamophobia through social media platforms.

A self-proclaimed advocate of Hindu Rashtra, she aligned with Zionism, applauded Modi’s actions during the Gujarat Muslim genocide, and perpetuated casteism while opposing reservations. At one point, Twitter, now X, suspended her account due to hate speech.
