Sharbat-e-Mohabbat recipe

During the holy month of Ramadan, ‘Sharbat-e-Mohabbat’ is a popular household item in many parts of India. This sweet and refreshing drink is perfect for breaking the fast and rehydrating after a long day of fasting. Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chilled milk
  2. 4 tablespoons Rooh Afza
  3. Cubed Watermelon
  4. 1 cup ice cubes
  5. Sugar

Instruction

Add 2 cups of chilled whole milk of granulated white sugar, and 4 tablespoons Rooh Afza to a large mixing bowl or a pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add 1 cup of cubed watermelon (¼-inch cubes), and 1 cup of chilled water and stir well.

Now add ice cubes and garnish with fresh rose petals.
