Two Indian films won the prestigious Oscar award this year that was declared in the yearly event in Los Angeles on Sunday. While ‘The Elephant Whisperers‘ won the Best Documentary (Short) category at the Oscars, ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from SS Rajamouli’s RRR won the Oscar for Music (Original Song).
The Elephant Whisperers, set in Tamil Nadu’s Mudumalai National Park, is the tale of an orphaned elephant calf named Raghu in the care of Bomman and Belli, an indigenous couple.
