Massacre in Gaza as 70 killed in Israeli strikes on refugee camp

At least 70 Palestinians have been killed in an air attack on the Maghazi refugee camp, which a Palestinian Health Ministry spokesperson describes as a “massacre.”

A video posted on Instagram, Sanad, showed dozens of bodies piled up outside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital as a result of the attack on al-Maghazi.

The video said that 68 people from one family were killed in the single strike.

Rescue and medical officials fear that the death toll of 70 could rise, with dozens of others reportedly buried under the rubble and several taken to the nearest hospital with serious injuries.

More than 20,400 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7.
